Third generation of making wheel cakes. The skin was nice and chrispy, the filling just perfect. Probably the best wheel cake in Taipei so far.

It must be one of the classic snacks of Taiwan. Found on many corners, often costing only 10NT$. Each stall seems to have its own, idiosyncratic way of making them. Some use kettle to pour the mix into the forms. Other use a ladle.
